Connect Fibra - Your Local Internet Provider

Here at Connect Fibra we strive to provide you with an excellent local service. We also recognise that sometimes things can go wrong and it can be no-one's fault - the internet can be sensitive. We are proud of the customer support we provide and to make things even better we now offer three levels of support:

PLEASE NOTE: If your issue is over the weekend and you have either Silver or Gold Packages - we will attempt to resolve your issue remotely. If we establish your issue requires a call out - these are during working hours only ie MONDAY - FRIDAY 10am - 5pm

Bronze star

Free and always will be. You can contact us between office hours (10am - 5pm) Monday - Friday, by any of several ways. We promise to resolve your issue within 24 working day hours. You can go into either of our offices, telephone and report the issue to the office, raise a ticket via the website or Facebook which will be dealt with during office hours. Any call outs or repairs as usual are payable. Call outs are €25

 

Silver Star

 

€1.00 per month and you can contact us all of the ways mentioned above between the hours of 8am and 8pm seven days a week and we promise a response within 8 hours even on a weekend. If your issue needs a call out and or repair - these are charged at our standard rates.

 

Gold Star

 

€2.00 per month and we offer three hour response time. You can contact us using any of the methods previously mentioned. We promise to respond within 3 working hours between the hours of 8am and 8pm seven days per week. Up to 3 first call outs free per month and repair fees included**

 

** No repair fees unless damage is considered wilful and could have been avoided. Resetting the router would come under this condition as the router should never be reset unless advised to do so by Connect Fibra staff. All call outs are only Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
